Fooling around with Investors

We had booked a 2 BHK flat in PAL Garden sec 89 Faridabad project in Nov 2006. We were told at the time of booking that in 3 years the project would be complete. They told that in 4-5 months the construction would start. But till now not even a single promise has been kept. They just expect that we put in our money in their project and they can utilize that money for their benefit. In march 2007 they demanded second payment and said construction would start in couple of months. In Oct 2007 they did the launching and insisted to do the allotment to get the preferential flat. Many did the allotment expecting to gain benefit. Its been almost 2 years now and not even a single brick has been put there lest talk about construction. Even on launching day they told that in 15 days excavation will start and then construction. Its been 10 months and not even a hole has been dug. Everyone has got lakhs of rupees blocked with them. We could have earned lot from the same amount if it was with us. They are cheating us. Even now they say that construction will start in 15 days. They never bother to inform investors of the delay. They are always late in giving the receipts and other documents
